Product Introduction
The metal frame air outlet filter series is mainly suitable for filtering large-sized particles and debris. It has the advantages of being reusable multiple times, low cost, and easy to replace. It can effectively protect the normal operation of general central air conditioning systems.
It is generally used in situations where the fresh air filter unit, return air filter, and other equipment come into direct contact with the outside air, or in program-controlled exchange units, indoor air handling units, and other equipment that require initial filtration of large particle size air particles with low air volume requirements.
The filter material is generally made of long filament synthetic non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, aluminum foil mesh, etc. Non woven fabric can achieve coarse filtration, with an efficiency of 30% to 80% for particles larger than 5um. But the brocade convex mesh and aluminum foil mesh cannot meet the requirements of coarse filtration, only blocking debris such as leaves and cotton wool, and cannot provide protection for the fins in the fan.
